Malvern Zetasizer .dts or a correlation-function .csv. Add several files for repeats or other batches.
Upload TEM images of the same sample, then press Measure particles. You get the TEM average size, its size distribution and a side-by-side comparison with your DLS result. Each particle is also labelled isolated (single, or touching up to 3) or aggregate (4 or more). TIFF, PNG or JPG; several images of the same sample are pooled.
Automatic measurement. The script outlines every particle it finds and measures all of them. Nothing is left for you to do.
Review and measure. After the script outlines the particles, you are asked to check each image and click any circle that is not a real particle (dust, a stain or part of the background). Then press Looks right, measure: the results are calculated again without those circles, in the counts, sizes, graphs and the DLS comparison. It takes a little longer, but it is more reliable when the image is messy.
